Usage

Gift Commission Calculator lets you quickly select from your inventory the number of gifts and calculates the price-per-payment instantly so the customer knows immediately how much the entire order will cost.

The app keeps track of the gift price plus any add-on costs, and can be easily updated to change the prices as your costs change. The app also features a payment plan table so you can keep track of the per-payment charges.

To calculate the customer's payment, select one or more gifts from the available gift inventory (see Setup below for adding gifts) and choose the quantity. Shipping, Tax, Misc Charges are decimal fields that can be entered directly.

Payments selected via a picker (see Setup below for setting up the Payment Table).

The Total represents the total cost to the customer of the selected gifts, along with the other information entered, per payment. This number will update automatically if any of the entered information changes.

Setup

Before working with customers, the user should set up the gifts and payment plans. The settings screen for both is available by clicking the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the main screen.

Available Gifts

The Available Gifts tab shows you the current list of gifts you have entered in the app. Click "Add New Gift" to add a new gift to the list.

On the Gift Details screen you can enter the name of the gift as you'd like it to be shown to the customer, along with the price.

Extras may be added and are included in the overall gift price. Extras can consist of things like custom gift boxes, engravings, etc. The total price of the gift will be shown in the list as shown below:

Payment Plans

The Payment Plan screen allows you to set up any per-payment charges to be added to the overall payment charge.
